When did I get this FAT!?!?!?!

To all the ladies out there who have woke up one morning, looked in the mirror and screamed in terror! This is what I looked like when I was at the fittest point in my life, I weighed 148lbs.
I just had started playing college tennis at the University of Utah and man was it tough! But it was so easy to loose weight I had two tennis coaches, a conditioning coach, and an athletic trainer. This is not real life as I soon came to realize when I finished with college tennis and got married.

Total Body Triathlete Workout in 30 minutes

Strength Training is so important for everyone. I know there are a lot of people who train for triathlons and only train by running, biking and swimming. While that's what most of training should be, it's important to set some time aside to strength train. Strength training obviously makes us stronger but it also helps avoid injuries and corrects muscle imbalances in the body.

We signed up to do two half marathons this year, the first one is in three weeks in Cedar City, Utah. The second one is the Wine and Dine in Disneyworld in November. We have been training a lot but sometimes we get bored just running on the road and we want to mix it up and go in the mountains.
